12th July @ The Macbeth

As the post title suggests, our next gig is on the 12th July at The Macbeth in Hoxton.  It was intended to be a launch night for our split with Mayors Of Miyazaki but as usual pressing has been delayed so we've had to push the launch back to some other time in the not too distant future............

However, the gig is going ahead as planned, and should be a ruddy corker, we sincerely hope to see you there x

New 7" Split

So yeah, fair play to them, We-Be Records are doing us what can only be called a huge honour by pressing one of our tracks onto a 7 inch wide plate of pure green vinyl.  If you don't know We-Be they're home to These Arms Are Snakes, Lords, Caretaker, Tropics etc etc, basically a rad Bristol based label with a good heart and only the best intentions.

We're doing a split with good friends and long-time gig mates Mayors Of Miyazaki (who's A-side is a ruddy corker by the way) that's going to be 'officially' released on the 12th July at a yet to be defined London venue, via the medium of 'gig'.  Watch this space for info on that but more importantly, check out the We-Be link, they're a hoot!

Thanks to Sorrell for taking a great live shot of us at our gig at The Macbeth last week, taken with one of those cameras with phone and text messaging capabilities, who'd a thunk it?

THIS IS DIY at V22

Because we're so fucking 'DIY' (no joke, three of us work as set builders/exhibition installers/furniture makers), we've decided to build ourselves a venue in a massive warehouse, why not eh?

As part of the wider alternative DIY community in London (talking music this time) we will be hosting a 14 week programme of gigs and events showcasing some pretty damn good bands.  Come down to some shows, say hello and support the project, it's gonna be a whole new world of chaos!
